| In very general terms, radio control pilots tend to belong to either the
glow powered or electric fraternities. In yet another generalization, 35mm
aerial photography is quite normal from glow powered aircraft while digital
photography is found mainly in the electric group. 35mm cameras generally
weigh more and need the lifting power of the glow models. Inexpensive
digital cameras weigh very little but cannot tolerate vibration. Hence
weight and vibration considerations divide the two groups. This article
covers the basics on both sides of the hobby.
